作为一家制造（工艺）公司，Nitta新田集团自创业以来 130 多年来一直在开发和提供满足时代需求的产品，并获得了众多利益相关者的强烈信任。

现在工业正进入技术创新的关键阶段。在这种情况下，为了作为真正的全球化公司创造更多价值，Nitta新田集团需要利用我们所有的资源全力以赴。

在这种情况下，我们特别关注的是“创造对客户和社会有用的产品”。全球 15 个国家的各种Nitta新田集团员工都分享这一理念，每个人都积极致力于实现这一理念。此外，我们认为有必要增强系统以灵活应对未来将加速的变化速度。

Nitta 新田于 1885 年在大阪开始运营。创始人的目标是“用我们自己的双手制造在日本无法买到的产品”。多年后，同样的概念仍然定义了新田的业务。我们的使命是本着“发明与创新”的精神与客户和供应商密切合作，在新业务领域占据领先的市场份额。Nitta 新田集团始终致力于在全球范围内实现更多增长和进步。

The Nitta Group will contribute to global society by bringing innovative products.

As a monozukuri (craftsmanship) company, Nitta Group has developed and provided products that meet the needs of the times for over 130 years, since our founding, and have gained strong trust from our many stakeholders.

Now industry is entering a critical phase of technological innovation. In order to create further value as a truly global company in this situation, the Nitta Group needs to exert every effort using all our resources.

Under these circumstances, what we are especially conscious of is “creating products that are useful for customers and society ”. Various Nitta Group associates in 15 countries across the world share this concept where each individual is proactively undertaking to actualize this. Also, we see the necessity to enhance systems to flexibly respond to the speed of change that will accelerate in the future.

From now on, Nitta will contribute globally to society and the environment by bringing forth innovative and meaningful ideas.

Nitta started operations in 1885 in Osaka. The founder’s goal was “to manufacture with our own hands products that cannot be available in Japan.” After many years, this same concept still defines the businesses of Nitta. Our mission is to capture leading market shares in new business domains as we work closely with customers and suppliers based on the spirit of “Invention & Innovation.” The Nitta Group remains dedicated to achieving more growth and progress on a global scale.
